These Terms govern your use of XcoreAi's Discord bot and dashboard at xcoreai.xyz. By signing in, adding the bot to a server, or using its features, you agree to these Terms. You must meet Discord's minimum age requirement for your country, and you must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times.
XcoreAi is an all-in-one Discord bot offering AI support, moderation and auto-moderation, tickets, leveling, giveaways, music, custom AI characters, a server newspaper, a global game, and related tools, plus a web dashboard to configure them. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time. Some features depend on third parties (such as Discord and our AI providers) and may be unavailable if those services are down.
You agree to use XcoreAi only on servers where you have authority to do so, and not to: harass or abuse others; generate or distribute illegal content; evade Discord moderation or bans; spam, scrape, or overload the service; attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or abuse the API or rate limits; or use the bot in a way that violates Discord's terms or applicable law. You are responsible for how you configure the bot and for the conduct it performs on your behalf.
AI features can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected output. You remain responsible for moderation decisions and for content posted on your servers. Always review automated actions before relying on them in high-stakes situations. XcoreAi is a tool, not a substitute for human judgment, legal advice, or professional advice.
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Each plan includes a monthly allotment of AI replies and assistant actions; when a cap is reached, AI features pause until the next cycle while utility features keep working. Caps do not roll over. You can cancel anytime from the billing dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you keep access until then. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial periods. We may change pricing with reasonable notice to active subscribers.
The game includes virtual currency (coins), items, and collectibles. These have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are licensed to you for use within the game only — you do not own them. They are not refundable or transferable except through in-game features we provide. We may adjust, reset, or remove in-game balances and items as needed for balance, security, or anti-abuse, and the game may change or be discontinued at any time.
You retain ownership of the content and configuration you provide (such as knowledge base documents). You grant us the limited license needed to host and process it to operate the features you enable. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload, including music and documents.
XcoreAi is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, XcoreAi and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.
You may stop using XcoreAi and remove the bot at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe present a safety, legal, or abuse risk to others or to the service. On termination, your right to use the service ends; sections that by nature should survive (such as billing owed, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time and will surface significant changes to active users. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
