You agree to use XcoreAi only on servers where you have the legal authority to do so. You will not use XcoreAi to harass users, generate illegal content, evade Discord moderation, or violate Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

2. AI-generated content

AI features may produce inaccurate or unexpected output. You remain responsible for moderation decisions and content posted on your servers. Always review automated actions before relying on them in high-stakes situations.

3. Billing and AI usage

Paid plans renew monthly. Each plan includes a monthly allotment of AI replies and assistant actions. When a cap is reached, AI features pause until the next billing cycle; utility features keep working. Caps don't roll over.

4. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe present a safety or legal risk to other users.

5. Changes

We may update these terms; we'll surface significant changes to active users.
