When you sign in with Discord, we receive your Discord user ID, username, avatar, email, and the list of servers you're a member of. We store this information to authenticate you and to show you the servers you can manage. We also store configuration you create within XcoreAi (ticket tool setup, knowledge base documents, automod rules).
We use your data only to operate XcoreAi: showing your dashboard, running the bot features you enable, and billing you for plan usage. We do not sell your data. We do not train AI models on messages from your server or knowledge base.
When you use AI features (auto-moderation, support bot, chat bot, AI server management), the relevant content is sent to a third-party AI provider for processing. The provider may retain the data temporarily for abuse monitoring but does not train on it. You can disable AI features at any time.
We keep your account data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Settings; we will remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., billing records).
